Real Meeting Minutes
Sunday, October 15th, 2006

Steve says that the Community Service Amendment is now in the HOGS Constitution. Corey says via Steve that Housing is going to give us 2 new people (a male and a female) to fill the holes. They are not required to be HOGS, but encourage them to do so by being friendly and inviting to them.

Colin is not a liar because the meeting truly was supposed to be in NRH 1250, but CSH took it over. Also, logos are in the lounges, please add yours before next Saturday in order to be in the running. Give Colin a digital color version of it (by USB drive, email, digital camera upload, osmosis, telekinesis, whatever).

Sarah says the minutes are now posted on the House’s website. (hogs.rit.edu). Look there for committee info also.

Curry says “blank”.

Brendan says keep your ears in the wind for a 1st year meeting about the Freshman Project. It will happen in the Red Lounge some time.

Jermany says “there is no news”.

Darrel says that CSH is mean. That we saved $2.00 by flyer retrieval, that candy and more tours will happen at the next Open House. That the next Open House is on a Saturday, so please participate. That its at the same time as always 10:00-4:00. That you should look at his door for more info.

Vince L says that he is getting the far shower head replaced, that Curry 2 and Vince C are to look after the lounges this week. (Not last week, like that kid Sarah made up). Belinda says to keep closing the lounge doors at night cause thieves and the RIT ninja (who is not Zander) are everywhere. New Pete says to remove your facial hair shavings off the bathroom sink, guys. (Belinda apologizes and will keep her facial hair away).

Mouse took 5 minutes to say he deleted spam. Also he wants ideas for the layout of the website.

Not Pete says that the haunted hayride is this week, and some people have signed up. Its 7:00-11:00 on three nights. Look at his door for info, and ask him to help you. Also, if you are attending Dean’s Meetings regularly and making an effort to contribute to the HOGS-COS project, Not Pete will consider it Community Service.

Janice says that the notes/old books on the Red Lounge floor are up for grabs. If you have new things to add to the Library, then give them to her this week, so they can be incorporated into the new system. The old notes/books will be thrown away soon. (By the time you read these minutes, the House CD time limit will have passed, so Zander had free reign to make up your song).

-Ask Gio about being an RA. He knows best.

-Alex V is racing in a Soapbox derby this Saturday at noon. Go support him.

-Handmade bowls, Homemade Soup. Buy a $10 bowl from the Ceramics Majors, and get some free soup (or bring your own bowl that you “bought” from them and get some free soup.)

-Travis is selling a 20 inch TV for $40.00. Steve says, “Be careful, it may eat your soul.“

-FRITE Night is next Friday, October 27th. Colin needs people to dress as zombies as act foolish (and you can earn community service!!)
