Open House
The next open house will be on Saturday October 28th. Given the response of the 10/9 open house I want to put up the sign up sheet for the 10/28 Open House as soon as possible. As such, members of PR Committee which are required to do something for every open house should see me as soon as possible to sign up for something. The 10/28 is a Saturday and also is the day after fRITe Night.
Setting up the open house now does not happen until 10:45.
Due to every other special interest house having some sort of photo album like thing, I am planning on building one for HOGS as well.
Today’s Open House closed early at 3, which may be the format to follow for the remainder of the year, I am investigating this to be sure.
We had a 25% return rate on flyers, which is worth 2 dollars. We apparently gave out 11 brochures, which is fairly impressive.
The Chem. Ware was broken, as such Curry is investigating the cost of purchasing some new ones. Speaking of broken, the Mechanical Pig is also broken.
I’ll say more stuff at the floor meeting and what not.

We do have photo albums in the Tech lounge, and I’m working on getting recent pictures set up on the site.
[admin] I’ve added two new folders for pictures from 2004 and 2005. I need pictures for both, and if possible, pictures for this year as well.
